PROCESSING

Unless otherwise stated on the listing, most of our merchandise is made-to-order.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your amazing merchandise to be created.

 All other items are dispatched from our warehouse directly to you and are processed within 2-5 business days.  

SHIPPING

 

All of our orders are shipped through USPS.  Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Made-to-order merchandise should arrive in 2-3 business days.

All other items are shipped out directly from our warehouse overseas.  This allows us to offer FREE shipping and lower costs on merchandise.  So please be patient and allow up to 7-14 business days to the United States, and 10-20 business days for rest of the World. These times are estimates and in many cases our shipments arrive faster than this.

Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse and since we are working with different suppliers from all over the world, you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you and you might get multiple packages per order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product.  We gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

Requirements for Returns:

Notify us within 4 days of receiving the product by email if there is a problem at inthelimelightstyle@gmail.com.  Include your order number.

The item must be in new condition.  It can not be worn, tampered with, and tags still attached.

Must be in original packaging.

FAQs

  • Credits will not be issued for merchandise returned without notification to the above email first.
  • Returns are issued through the original method of payment or a store credit.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
  • If a returned item is received in less than perfect condition will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
  • We do not credit any shipping charges incurred on the original order.
  • We do not issue credits on clearance or holiday items.

Customized Products:  Due to the customization, all sales are final.  We do not exchange or return for incorrect sizes on customizations.
